Owned by Leslie and Nona, a mother/daughter duo, All Wound Up will celebrate their 10th Anniversary in July 2025. They love being part of the fiber arts community in Edmonds.
All Wound Up holds many wonderful treasures including an extensive selection of fingering weight yarn, notions made by local artisans, and over 300 samples. We carry both hard to find hand-dyed yarns, luxury yarns, and affordable classics from well known companies. We are well known for being the only shop to have samples and kits for all 63 of Nancy Bates' Knitting the National Parks beanies. We also have kits for many of her Knitting California and 50 States beanies.
We welcome you no matter your age, gender, race, economic status, religion, or ability. (And we have wide, accessible aisles, and an ADA compliant restroom).

Nearly every item we sell in store is listed, with photos and descriptions. The website is arranged by yarn weight, and then by brand, just like our sales floor. You can pick up orders for free or pay to have them shipped.
We offer in-person, one-on-one classes for beginning knitting and crochet and private help sessions for a low fee.
Group classes are held over zoom. Every group class comes with a collection of video tutorials that are yours to access forever. We've also begun Make Alongs for both knitting and crochet. One instructional session is held over zoom, and then in-person stitch sessions are held every other week for two-three months.
We also hold in-person FIber Socials twice a week, where you can meet other fiber enthusiasts and work on yoru projects together. Registration for these free sessions are on our website.
All Wound Up is located in Perrinville, northeast of downtown Edmonds. Situated on 76th Ave W and Olympic View Drive, it’s conveniently close to Hwy 99, and 196th/Hwy 524. We share a parking lot with other businesses, and also have ample street parking.
